• MUST-HAVES:

  • Clothing retail experience, secondhand experience a MAJOR plus!

  • Passionate about sustainability, clothing, and personal style

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to multitask efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Positive, friendly outgoing customer service skills

  • Works well individually and as a team

  • Strong attention to detail and well-organized

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

  • Typing/technology/POS skills

  • At least 18 years of age

• SCHEDULING:

  • Reliability and punctuality required

  • Must commit to a regular weekly schedule

    • All Labels staff are required to work at least one weekend day

    • Right now we are looking for our applicants to be able to work Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays with a around 22-24 hours per week right now, with the opportunity for more hours in the future.

  • This is not a temporary position - we’re looking for a longer commitment!

  • Starting hourly wages are $23 - $24 per hour to start, depending on experience. Eligible for performance-based AND cost of living wage increases.
